OWNER'S ACCEPTANCE: I hereby accept the terms contained on these pages and authorize 30 Second Roofs to complete work as detailed on this Contract. I agree to pay 30 Second Roofs in accordance with the payment terms listed above, and further declare that I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions on pages 5–6 of this document.

By purchasing online and waiving the 3-day right of rescission, materials ship directly to the job site — bypassing contractor's yard, local warehouses, retail stores, freight handling, and sales overhead. These savings are passed to Owner as the 20% online discount.

Dumpster placement: right side of driveway unless obstruction, then left.
Drone inspection: hands-off. 30 Second Roofs will fly a drone over the house to capture roof measurements. Owner does not need to be home. No need to engage. We will only knock at the homeowner's request.

THE AGREEMENT ON THE FACE HEREOF AND ANY AGREEMENT MADE PURSUANT THERETO BETWEEN Contractor AND OWNER(S) WILL BE SUBJECT TO ALL APPROPRIATE LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES, AND TO THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. FINAL APPROVAL. All proposals are subject to approval by Contractor's Credit Department and Management.
2. COMPLIANCE WITH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION RULES. It is customer's responsibility to ensure that the materials selected and installed by Contractor are compliant with any applicable Homeowners' Association rules and Contractor shall be entitled to a change order for any additional Work or Services, including repair or replacement required as a result of any such non-compliance.
3. CONTRACT PRICE. The Contract Price shall be the initial Contract Price, plus the cost of upgrades and additional Work requested by Customer. Any price stated is an approximation made in good faith based on currently available information and an initial visual observation and is subject to change. Equipment rental shall be charged on a daily basis and any portion of use during a given day shall be billed as a full day. Replacement of deteriorated roof decking or other materials, unless otherwise stated in this Contract, will be replaced at additional cost to the Customer, over and above Contract Price. All extra costs from code upgrades will be the responsibility of the Customer.
4. PROJECT CONTRACT. Customer represents and warrants that Customer is/are the Owner(s) of the above stated property or an authorized representative. Customer understands that it is Contracting directly with Contractor and that Customer is responsible for payment for all labor and materials furnished. All checks are to be made payable to: 30 SECOND ROOFS.
5. WARRANTY. Contractor will provide Customer with a five-year workmanship warranty on residential Tile, Flat, and Asphalt installation. THE WARRANTY IN THIS PARAGRAPH IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY OF Contractor FOR ANY DEFECT IN THE WORK. No warranty associated with Contractor is paid in full and is/are not transferable by Customer. Contractor shall have no warranty obligation under this Contract for defects or breach of warranty caused by: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) Customer's gross negligence or willful misconducts; (iii) vandalism or actions of third parties; (iv) events beyond the control of Contractor, including acts of God and extreme weather conditions.
6. PERFORMANCE. Customer shall provide access to the premises. All Work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with generally accepted construction guidelines. Contractor is not responsible for color choices or any other items for which Customer may express a preference.
7. ELECTRONIC CONSENT. By providing a mobile number, Customer expressly consents to receive text messages and calls from Contractor and its affiliates. Message and data rates may apply. Customer may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP".
8. CANCELLATION. Contractor may reasonably rely on Customer's promises in this Contract to procure materials and supplies. Customer agrees to pay Contractor for its services at a rate of $120.00 per hour or 10% of the Contract Price, whichever is greater, as a Cancellation Fee in the event that Customer cancels this Contract after the 3-day Right to Cancel elapses and before Work commences.
9. GUARANTEES. Contractor guarantees all materials as specified in this Contract and that the Work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
10. FORCE MAJEURE. This Contract is contingent on the nonoccurrence of events beyond the control of Contractor, including, but not limited to, acts of God, extreme weather conditions, labor strikes, accidents, or delays in material delivery.

11. INSURANCE. Customer agrees to carry fire, tornado, wind, hail, water damage, and other necessary insurance.
12. INTEGRATION OF ALL DOCUMENTS. All sales are expressly conditioned on Customer's agreement to the terms and conditions of this Contract. This Contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and there are no oral or written understandings or representations which add to or modify this Contract. No modification or addition to this Contract shall be valid or binding unless expressly set forth in a signed writing.
13. SEVERABILITY. If any portion of this Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Contract shall not be affected.
14. JURISDICTION. Customer agrees that all issues and disputes relating to or arising from this Contract shall be governed in accordance with procedural and substantive law of any competent jurisdiction and venue in which 30 Second Roofs maintains an office. CUSTOMER AND Contractor KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, INTENTIONALLY, AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY RIGHT IT MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LITIGATION BASED HEREIN, OR ARISING OUT OF, UNDER, OR IN RESPECT OF THIS Contract.
15. PAYMENT/REMEDIES. Contractor may submit invoices to Customer during and following the period in which this Contract is performed. Customer agrees to pay such invoices according to the terms thereof. In the event that any payment is delayed, collection cost will apply and interest will accrue at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum, or the highest legal rate of interest, whichever is lower. Customer agrees to pay a $50.00 return check charge for all dishonored checks. IN NO EVENT MAY CUSTOMER RECOVER DAMAGES FROM Contractor GREATER THAN THE PRICE FOR THE WORK ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER TO Contractor. In the event that a payment is more than thirty days past due, any discount or promotional price shall be void.

Customer hereby authorized Contractor to use photographs and/or recordings of the project for marketing and related purposes.

The Contractor will not file any insurance claim in behalf of the consumer related to the work performed under this contract, and the consumer hereby agrees to handle all insurance claims directly with their insurance company.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION

You may cancel this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within three business days from the transaction date.

If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.

If you cancel, you must make available to the seller at your residence in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale.

To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice to 30 SECOND ROOFS, at Scottsdale, AZ not later than midnight of the third business day.

Waive Right to Cancel: I acknowledge and hereby waive all rights to cancel this contract within three business days. By waiving, materials ship directly from the manufacturer to my job site — unlocking the Direct Install savings passed through as my online discount (per Page 4).
